Affiliate Disclosure

Some of the articles on Go Kshetra contain affiliate links. This page explains exactly what that means, so you always know where you stand.

What an affiliate link is

An affiliate link is a normal link to a shop, with a code attached that tells the shop we sent you. If you buy something after following one of our links, the shop may pay us a small commission. You pay nothing extra — the price is the same as it would have been had you gone to the shop directly.

Amazon Associates

Go Kshetra participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and its Indian equivalent, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a way for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Some of our Amazon links are shortened (they begin with amzn.to). A shortened link is still an affiliate link, and any article containing one carries a disclosure at the top.

How we choose what to link to

We link to a product only where it is genuinely relevant to the article — most often a printed panchangam or almanac that readers have asked where to buy. A commission never decides what we write. We do not accept payment to recommend a particular product, and we do not change our guidance because one shop pays more than another.

What we cannot promise

We do not sell these products and we do not ship them. Price, availability, edition, language and delivery are entirely the shop’s, and they change often, so please check the product page before you buy. Any dispute about an order is between you and the shop.

Advertising

Separately from affiliate links, this website displays advertising through Google AdSense. How that works, and the cookies involved, is described in our privacy policy.

Questions
